“How did we as a society get here?” “The world is going down the drain.” Women brutalized, raped and murdered. Children groomed and manipulated to where they goi into the educational system normal and by the time they get out of elementary school, they are confused as to whether they are male or females. People in the streets  and colleges championing terrorist violence against open air concert venues. Politicians travelling to foreign countries championing for criminal gang members RETURN to our country at the risk of our communities…..It does not matter how we got here although it is easy to surmise. The effects of liberal social policies has their deliverables. If you consider yourself a “conservative”, you aren’t off the hook. While liberals have consistently brought about the lowering of American Norms and Values, affecting every pilar of American Society, Conservatives, being all too quiet by nature have not just allowed it but have all but forfeited the country to the effects of liberalism.

Why did we start Lion’s Gate LS, Security Consultants? Honestly, it was that six guys, who served their country in the military and in law enforcement got tired of bureaucratic red tape hindering the stated mission intents of the organizations we served.  In the military, the ones giving the orders, didn’t want to win and in law enforcement there was always interagency policies hampering the mission of protecting life, property and quality of life for the communities we were supposed to be “Serving and Protecting”.  But we still had this innate Heart for Service and a Warrior Code as an ethos. To those that have been down range, you know what I’m talking about.

We found ourselves “opening our own shop”, with only the limitations of the law, professional regulations and limited funds as our guard rails. The idea that things could be done better driving us even though none of us were businessmen, we had no weal “connections” or seed money. What we had was, a heart for service.

The Heart for Service refers to a deep-seated passion and commitment to helping others. It embodies values such as empathy, compassion and a desire to make a positive impact in the community or society at large.

At Lion’s Gate LS, Security Consultants, the traits of our heart for service is what has allowed us to mesh with those we serve. We empathize with our clients’ needs and concerns not just see to capitalize on someone’s needs to make a buck. We a committed to providing solutions and apply our problem solving  skillset with altruism. Sure, we are invoicing for our service, but it runs with a selfless concern for the well-being of our clients, prioritizing their safety and welfare first.   How else can we protect the private school campuses we do without that commitment.  It is why the police officers at Uvalde failed. That and preparedness.

Continuous skillset development has been the key to our capacity to always exceed expectations. It’s our core values as a company, uncompromising and steadfast, that has forged our reputation.  Clients recognize something behind the deliverables, especially the ones whose  children we protect on private campuses.

Character traits that support Lion’s Gate LS core values:

  • Quiet professional –     Security protocols require our personnel to mitigate security leaks.  Insulation from outer probes is a must.  The fastest way to break down operational security is to break down the team by getting to a family member.  Although seemingly extreme, it is Lion’s Gate LS policy that no person speaks specifics about military, or other related occupational trades, clients, family, or any subject that sheds light onto an operator.  If you need to brag, you do not belong with us.
  • A true willingness to be of service –    Lion’s Gate LS, CPS Agents Need to have at their core, a natural willingness to be of service.  Knowing that our place is to excel in the service of the client by quietly protecting our clients’ lives, interests, assets and reputation with extreme prejudice.
  • Pride in one’s professional reputation–   It is precisely our ability to be known for our quality of service and results oriented reputation that we need to take pride in. It will speak for us.
  • Commitment to excellence in whatever the task–   Like the Samurai, we need to be dedicated to the perfection of everything we do.  Dedication to our craft is the key.  If we commit to a task, it is already done.
  • Perseverance–   We take pride in our training, work ethic and ability to persevere under adverse conditions.  Our clients deserve it.  We cannot afford the luxury of a quitter.
  • Respect–    We know who we are and what our capabilities are.  Being a confident quiet professional gives us the reserve and poise uncommon to other outfits.  It allows us to always be respectful of others and is part of our professional standard.
  • Ability to work within a team…. a must–   There is no place for stardom in a profession of service. We don’t work for spotlights; we don’t work for individual recognition.  We succeed or fail as a team.  Teammate is the most important asset you will ever have at Lion’s Gate LS.  Our greatest prize is our team’s recognition of our work and our contribution.
  • Ability to blend into any social setting–    Our professional settings change from galas to shipboard operations, to field convoy protection and back.  Social etiquette and versatility is a priority in protecting clients and their changing settings.
  • Articulate–   Every CPS Agent needs to be articulated and able to address clients, Law Enforcement, criminals and people to whom our client’s opinions matter.
  • Trustworthiness/Honor as a way of life–    Pedigree means nothing in our profession.  Having Honor and being trustworthy is ascertained from a person’s pattern of mindset and action.  Words alone will not suffice.  Our operators are held to a higher standard. Dignity, goodness and being trustworthy are badges of honor earned. It is a matter of choice and right action, owned by our operators, and a natural part of their character.
  •  Responsible–    We do our job. We do it with excellence and pride, with or without recognition because of our commitment to our client and our reputation.
  • Vigilant–    Lion’s Gate LS, CPS Agents must be vigilant by nature. Attention to detail, and sharp focus is what is required if we are to protect lives, assets and reputations.
  • Career minded–    We are not interested in short-minded or temporary field operators.  This is a way of life and rewards are shared by the entire team. No one gets left behind, and no one rides for free at Lion’s Gate LS.
  • Courage–   What we do is inherently dangerous.  Operators will find that through training and later field work, the coward never started and the weak fell along the way.  It is ok to be afraid but to be afraid and say you are not going to do your job is unacceptable.
