Deliverables can enhance an organization’s capability to manage and mitigate security risks effectively….That is exactly what we excel at. Most security companies miss this frankly.  I won’t mention names but some of the monster companies out there totally mis this.   How is that? A client stated it best, “Perhaps they are too big to care or simply they are just size and not quality of service.  You guys are all quality and deliverables.” Mike Fox

It’s true that we are a small an niche company.  We can put together what ever security operation a client needs.  We are a consulting company with private security and training services attached in our menu of services.  But simply put, it all starts with having a true Heart for Service.  That may sound corny but it is absolutely true.  Whereas bigger companies lost that a long time back.  They concentrate on under cutting and then constantly work to not lose an account because the personnel they deploy have zero capability or worse conduct themselves unprofessionally.

The second reason our deliverables consistently exceed expectations is that we understand and continuously respect the fact that we as security are a direct representative of our client’s decision making.  Think about that for a second….How many times have you seen some security guard and had the thought “Who hired these guys?”  More often that not, the meaning reflects a poor reflection of the decision to hire because the guard is either out of shape, unarmed or armed but lacking in professionalism or capacity to provide any real security to the operation or venue.

We are careful to select and hire and even more crucial in our investment into the guard, precisely because we respect that we represent the client and their operational reputation.  We protect churches, private schools, corporations, estates etc.  We mesh with the culture or organization we protect and serve as a scalable and sustainable active insurance plan against security threats or concerns.  Robots and cameras don’t do what we do.  In the end, it’s people dealing with people.  We are super greeters and churches and schools, prepared and capable to hit that switch and take care of business should threats arise.

Risk assessments, policy developments, incident response plans, incident documentation practices, tactical training and capabilities, operational hardening through SOP and EAP development and third-party risk management are basic services that any security company worth their salt should be proficient in but it’s the deliverables that always separate us.

Through our deliverables, school operation supervisors have told us at every school we serve that we have been the reason why new families decided to enroll their children and that the current parents love us.  It’s not uniforms, it’s the deliverables on professionalism, vigilance quality in incident deterrence and or management. Protecting good people is an honor and I give thanks that we have been bless to have the opportunity to be of service.  We will always to our absolute best in providing our services to all our clients, be it in security or training.

We wish you the best and may God continue to bless America. The greatest country in the world.
